First time using EE and the experience has been awful.
Over 48 hours without broadband and yet no engineer has been dispatched. Customer service say so but no connection has materialised. Even customer service has no idea what is going on.
So much work and study lost due to this issue, and yet no support still. Very disappointing.

Have you had any connection before the 48 hours? I.e. Had it been installed at all or has it just gone down?

Well, get onto CS to complete the installation.

@Rann12 What does it say on your e-mail for installation, is it a self install home wise you do it all, or install by OR at the premises, no one has any account or information about you/the install/ or what is involved. You need to supply the information.
If you have had an e-mail or text that states you are now live, you can plug in the equipment we sent you, it would/can be something along those lines.
