Hi
Our Sky Q box keeps losing the internet. This has started since changing to EE. Both the modem and box are in the same place.
Has anyone come across this and/or know a resolution

We were having the same problems. Our Sky Q box would lose connection to the either the router and internet, or just the internet and we'd have to type in the very long tedious password three times a day. I've found this page and have tried setting up a "comp" wireless channel with the setting below. I don't have much knowledge or experience in this area but hopefully this will work. The values with an asterisk next to them are the ones I changed, everything else was "as is"

Network name: EE-82TMGJ-Comp
Security Type: WPA2-Personal
WPS ON*
2.4 GHz (This was already on so I didn't touch this section)
5 GHz
Enable ON*
Channels Smart (Channel 100)
