Hi I’ve recently noticed a drop off in my network speed so I’ve been trying to look for my Ethernet cable but unsure as to whether I was supplied one or not I’m also unsure as whether EE can supply a new one or whether I can get a replacement elsewhere I only have the fibre 67 box so an Ethernet cable really does help with my network any help will be much appreciated.

When you say a drop-off in your network speed, it might help to be a little more specific about what the problem is. Ethernet cables tend to work or not, so it may not be the cable. It is possible, but unusual, for a break in one of the eight wires to drop the speed from 1000Mb/s to 100Mb/s though.
If you want to buy a replacement, you want a cat 5e or cat 6 ethernet cable. It’s a standard configuration and you can buy them in supermarkets today or on Amazon. Avoid anything labelled CCA, (Copper Clad Aluminium). It’s rubbish. You want pure copper.

@Hugo_armani03 You noticed a drop off in what, and by how much, is this Internal Network or external to your fttc connection speed?
Ethernet cable can be used, but suspect the DSL port on the back off the EE Hub may not allow the fit for connection as RJ11 would be the preferred 6 pin connection, latter OR Master sockets are fine and support both connections.
