We have had EE broadband for years with no issues. A few months ago it started dropping out randomly so I rang EE and was put on full fibre, sent a new router and promised the fastest speed we’ve ever had. The coverage still drops out randomly but not as bad as before but this morning none of our devices are connected anymore and when we try to connect it says the password is not valid. It is the correct password. It’s all of our devices.
