Admin password won’t work won’t let me log in

@Roundy82 Is the Admin password that off the card on the back off the unit, or has it been changed to be that off another EE Hub? I know mine is 12 Characters in length and been that way for many years but is not the same as the cardex on the unit.

Hi yes on the back of the card 6 digit admin code, been on chat to ee for 2 hours still can’t get access or answers

Yes sorry it’s 8 digits, on the card on the back of the router, still doesn’t work 

@Roundy82 Just checked an old BT hub and yes it was 8 chars, has the Admin password ever been changed before, you cannot go with the label/card etc if someone has changed it previously. BT letters were/are all lowercase and the two samples i had did have a mixture alpha/numeric.... The two EE ones i have documents for are also identical to that off the BT unit also in case and description above.
