When signing up in May there was an offer for £150 gift card through gift cloud. Which would be sent after fist bill paid.
I have received the voucher email to claim. Has anybody had experience of this offer and did you receive the voucher. I have tried chasing today after 15 mins of customer services and transferring eventually to a department that isn’t open on the weekend!
