I am a ee broandband customer I joined from bt, when setting my broadband contract i was offered by the staff I spoken with that if i join mobile contract they will pay the cancellation fee of my previous network which I agreed, it was only just under 50 pound, if I knew what is going to happen will never join them, once switched they said I was their customers two years ago and they will not going to pay which is a false statment which I will seek explanation, so far I asked for proof and have no replay. I wll take this further as this is unnacceptable, slander, the issue a false statment which do jot sent me any proof I was thei customer two years ago, I have proof I was not their customer, regret joining them and will change network as soon as I can. Do not recommend this to anyone.

Hi @Radek18,

Welcome to the EE Community

I am sorry to hear of your experience since joining us. Was it a credit for your final bill with your previous broadband supplier? As that is an offer we do have on currently detailed here Switching Credit | Broadband Help | EE

Or was it the termination fee for your previous networks mobile contract?

How were things left after speaking to us on 150, what had they advised were the next steps?

Alex

Hi Alex was the final bill, I have made a complaint they said they will
listen to the calls but no idea if this will get resolved all the process
that I went trough do not wish this to anyone.
