Restricted broadband

Hi i am just asking a general question to other EE broadband users.

I missed a bill payment as I was unaware the direct debit was returned. I have since paid the bill and I am well aware it can take up to 24 hours for my service to resume.

I was just wondering if it usually does take that long as I’ve read some people have it back up and running after 2 hours?

@Jmcil  It’s up to 24 hours not that it will be 24hours.

Yes, it is just that, as stated in Help if You Can't Pay Your Bill  :

How long does it take for my services to be reinstated?

Once a payment has been received, please allow up to 24 hours until normal service is resumed, however most cases are resolved within 2 hours. If your services are not restored within 24 hours, please restart your device.
