@Brookend2022 These BB contracts don't need renewing as they don't just end, just the min. term expires. However you may lose your initial discounts. They are not fixed term contracts. After the min. term they just carry on at the non-discounted price on a rolling 30-days' notice basis until you explicitly migrate, cancel or upgrade.

If you want to see the deals available, login to your BB a/c & look for "Upgrade your Plan" or go to EE BB Deals

I am not a new member, i just want to renew my Broadband as we have requested
