Recycling old router

Juliepjp
Visitor

I wasn't aware I had to return to my old router and disposed of it via an appropriate recycling route at my local tip. I keep getting text messages asking me to return the router, what can I do, I feel sick with worry.

Hi @Juliepjp

Welcome to the community.

There is a fee for the non-return of the router, as @XRaySpeX has mentioned. If you want to talk to us about it, please give us a call and our guides will do their best to help you.

Pay the non-return fee if it's listed in https://ee.co.uk/help/orders/return-and-recycle-ee-product .
