My EE broadband contract includes a router, hybrid connect, and WiFi extender, which are all configured. The EE App shows a second non existent WiFi extender ready to configure. When I try to add Digital Voice to the contract, the order adds £10 a month for the invalid extender. I can see no way to remove this, suggestions?

@cepenpark You call customer support as it’s an account related. It’s a billing add on that showing that you have it you can not remove this yourself
