Broadband Increase

Took my plan out at the end of Dec based on a cost of £28.99 per month. to be told less than 2 months later it will cost £4 more per month for the next 12 months and then most likely go up another £3 next year. Anyone else feel like its a scam? Especially as new customers will be lured in with cheaper prices during that time.

These annual price changes would have been clearly set out in your pre-contract information and you would have accepted these terms when signing up.

It will go up by £4 next year also.

@Nicnacs81 You will need to go find a company ISP that does not do mid term increase on there package once you finish your 24 month term with EE!
