I have problem too but didn't want to start a new thread as this is similar. 

I want to upgrade to FF from copper but each time I try it keeps telling me I already have BB . Tried everything and still same 0.jpg

@JimM11 why would you say that horrible thing after being helpful today.. It's not my fault that one person says one thing & someone else says the opposite so i question it  @Matt_124 read what i wrote, i know that if in person he has to be there

@XRaySpeX thanks for having a go at my health probs . Jim said was best to go to store then you said the guy on phone was right so it carried on whereas i was about to close thread knowing what i was going to do. I hope you never get my health stuff dealing with reassurance that i see a specialist for since i was 5 yrs old..,  calling me cloud cuckoo, disgraceful, think about what you say, i've said i have health issues..

@Linzi_H  yes I have had some great advice and learned a lot that I previously didn't know, also a few cross wires where some think I didn't get when I did.

It's just I have extreme anxiety and find it difficult to understand things sometimes.

I have spoken to man at shop and he said to bring him in and they'll sort it out which I plan to do however transferring account holder to me seem difficult as I have been told.

Also I've learned that my pc can't take FF BB as it is limited at Ethernet port so that's another stress as id have to buy a new pc before ordering FF.

Windows 10 is still a valid OS and working just not fully supported, but your Dell Optiplex more than likely does have a 1Gb/s Nic port in it until you take a look then that may just not be a major issue.... Still running W10 on two off my older laptop's! You can also pay the 1 year MS subscription charge if you also wish?
