Following a **bleep** up with installation (still ongoing?) I’ve been charged ) £150 with no explanation at all BUT if it’s for the 2 x £75 extra tv boxes not fitted obviously & returned on 15 April 2024 as I told EE ?? Any help for this 79 year OAP please 🙏

Cheers Chris worked on both fronts with Ardhil on BT sorting the £150 as a failure to record return ? He then passed me to Danyl on EE who very quickly sorted the necessary credit & revised subscription missing roaming - very time consuming for this 79 year OAP but worth it in the end - hope the compensation ex grsatia payments reflects the stress & anxiety they put me through? Thanks for the guidance

Dave
