Overcharging

Hi

For three months I was charged for “The Works” for which I never signed up for. After a frustrating hour and a half call to ee I gave up and called the following day. There is just so many times you can be repeating your problem only to have it repeated to you by a “guide”. Anyway in January I was told they had changed the account back to tv entertainment and they had posted a credit of £159 to my account because of the extra charges wrongly taken. All good you might think but hell no. In February ee charged me  again for “Full Works” and had taken £120 from the credit sitting on my account  Another contact was needed as there would have been enough credit on my account to cover at least two months. Because they had overcharged again my credit had been depleted to £38 when it should have been more like £90. Again I was assured they would correct the problem payment errors. Well I should have still had £90 credit to take care of my March bill leaving about £20 credit left. In actual fact they charged me £9.24?????  Looks like ee will be stealing a few more hours of my life expectancy trying to sort out their errors.
