Overcharged for monthly mobile Internet and i haven't used ee for the last 7 mon

Hi folks

I signed a 2 years contract with ee last year. I haven't been to the UK for the last 7 months. Last month I was charged  £32.60 instead of the agreed £30. Is it possible to cancel the contract as they might overcharge me even mire in the future.I don't trust them

It'll be this year's annual contractual CPI+ increase of 7.9% in April.
