I am in the same boat I have been fighting with EE for 6 months for automatic compensation that never comes 30 days and then a another 30 days  when we have lifes to live .

I am disabled and my broadband is my lifeline shopping, internet and entertainment all taken away when they promised I would not loose my connection and I did until the 29th of November !

Unfortunately this is not customer service and you will have to speak to them, as there is no account access here.

Is your broadband working and how long were you without it?

It would depend what the reason for the outage where you are, these things can happen, it happened several years ago where I am and took at least three to four weeks to get it back up and running. It did not just affect me, but businesses too, as it depends what the problem is, it is not always just a simple thing,

I suggest you speak to customer service, but no shouting, just speak calmly and politely, they should be able to take a look for you.
