Broadband suddenly cut off at approx 9pm yesterday. 

full fibre

Account all paid up

fibre modem has power. PON LED is off, LOS is red

Can’t see any reported issues in the area. 

EE engineer booked for Monday - but it’s going to be a long weekend!

got my acronyms mixed up. 

PON light is red. Power and LAN are green

Yes, the Full Fibre BB is down (PON Red) while your Ethernet LAN is up (LAN Green).

All fixed.  Somehow - the cable in side my house (just before it plugs into the ONT / Modem) had got damaged.

No idea how it happened.

Very impressive though that I reported it to EE as faulty at around 10.30pm on a Friday night, and an engineer from Openreach was with me by 9am on Monday.  All up and running again by 10am.

Credit where credit is due.
