Hi, I’m also trying to link my broadband account to my ee app so I can make changes. So when I press to link button then It’s asking me to enter my account number. I do that and then a page is opening and asking my “bill account number” or landline number. So this is the point where the error comes up to me always. When I enter my account number to where it says “bill account number” then It says “please enter valid bill account number”.  I’m stuck with this. Can someone help me about it please? Because I called customer service and they raised a request and that’s it. Nothing has changed.
