Can I access browsing history for all devices on wifi?

Is it possible to access the web history of all devices using my wifi/router?

Thank you for your reply. So does this mean I can't access any history if I don't have access to the devices themselves?

Correct. Some third party routers have an option to create log-files of browsing history, but that is a router function which is not offered on (m)any ISP-provided ones.
