Exactly the same thing happening in Washington. upload went as low as 8mbps tonight, sure i'm paying for something like 40... any answers New EE?

@Juicylucy55  no one on here has account access never mind the ability to look at your line stats, so you will need to give us a bit more info for anyone on here to be able to help you.

Have a look at the earlier part of this thread, and if you can answer the questions asked for us to help you.
