Re: Can’t receive calls

My 82 year old mother in law is having exactly the same problem - BT have just upgraded the line to digital voice and she can only receive calls from EE phones - I’ve tried telling BTbtbis but they don’t listen - BT should be utterly ashamed of themselves - she has been without a service for two weeks and we keep getting emails saying it’s fixed and every time it isn’t - they then say it’s open reach and they say it’s BT - some vulnerable person will die as result of this absolute mess -

if she just ported, it is frustrating but will get sorted after a while.

Mine troubles me and I was about to cancelled my contract before it went back to normal and since then, no problems.

It is just a matter of time, it will be resolved

Hi @MarkRivers I'm really sorry to see you're mother in law is having problems receiving calls after being transferred to digital voice. Please can you post on the BT Community forum as this community is for EE customers? The Moderation team on the BT community will be able to help.

Thanks

Neil
