I placed an order for full fibre broadband and mobile phone on the 14th January. I was assured it would all be here before sky cut off and the 29th (today)... and it hasn't arrived, royal mail have no record of it either. I currently work from home and rely on a connection. This really isn't good enough. EE were quick to get the first part bill in too.

You shouldn't have cancelled until you received a go live date or had your service installed.
You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 about this issue as there is no account access on these forums.
