Why are EE so bad at getting an account set up? Operator entered wrong email address so I have not received contract, complained twice but still getting told they can't sort it, still within my 14 period, has anyone successfully left with in the 14 days? Seems hopeless trying to get them to link my new broadband account info to the app or website. Really wouldn't recommend switching.

I'm sorry to hear that there was a problem with your account setup. Hopefully they get to the bottom of it soon for you. Once it's all set up and linked properly, you'll be able to manage your account.

Thank you for your comment, but 8 days in to my 14 day period and still not able to see a contract or account, is that a breach?. Not the service expected.
