Can't Manage Home Phone Settings

GML-

Does anyone else have the ability to Manage thier Home Phone settings e.g. Call Protect, Voice Mail Settings and Call Waiting.

During the first week of my contract I was able to manage these via the web and via the app.

Since migrating my old phone no to EE this has all stopped working.

I contacted EE who assured me that this would all be fixed by 27th June. I'm still waiting and there appears to be no method for viewing the status of previous fault reporting.

Very frustrated!!!!

@GML- There was an app upgrade to version 5.40.0 on Android, not an ios user but think its at the same version also, and was around that time. Don't use home phone so unable to advise, would check your app version on mobile to see that you are up at that version. HTH

Hi JimM11 - I am on ios and the app version is is 5.40.0

@GML- Not sure if the help guide is any good, but copy of the link to get there, web interface for the EE Router has not changed recently.

Hi JimM11 - The Help guides are fine if you have a Digital Phone. However I'm still in the age of steam so I have an analogue phone system which requires me to use the features in the app and web page to control these features.

@GML- When you had it working? was it on the BT DV system... And do you still have a BT router or new EE Router. Does seem to be issues using app to try to manage a BT hub... May be there is some insight on the Digital Phone part of the forum will take a look see.👍

Hi JimM11 - Since moving to EE I have only used EE kit.

@GML- There is so many FW changes router and app, something may have got broken, you can only report or home one of the EE Guides spots it on the Forum.

Hi JimM11 - Thanks for your help - I think the only way to get assistance (as you say) is to hope an EE guide spots it.

Not the best way to get a problem soved I have to say.
