We have recently moved from a BT hub to EE. Initially our HP Envy printer was connected however having re-booted the WIFI, the printer will not reconnect to the WIFI. We have tried connecting using WPS and entering hub password into printer but continually getting the "not connected" message. Help!

I think you'll find the router is set to Wireless Mode = WiFi6 and Security Type = WPA3 by default. Your device mayn't cope with that. Change the router settings down to WiFi5 and/or WPA2.

@RockHouse  which router do you have?

Some of the latest EE routers have a compatibility mode which when set up will help older devices easier to see and connect to the EE WiFi.

That said, depending on the service, keeping the BT router may be an easier option, but you would need to contact customer services to arrange to keep it.

it’s an EE SmartHub Plus

The old BT router has been returned so no longer an option.

Will doing that affect everything else connected to the WiFi?

@RockHouse   OK, but BT Smart Hub routers are cheap and easy to get on online auction sites.

Enabling the Compatibly option has no affect on existing connections, just makes it easier for older devices to connect.

Whereas changing WiFi 6 to 5 and to WPA2 means those devices that can take advantage of those features no longer can - hence just use the compatibility option for the few devices that need it.
