Price increase twice after been told I had to switch from BT to EE

I’m a BT customer that had to switch to EE and my bill has increased by £3 a month despite been told it would stay the same, and now I’ve been advised it’s going up £3 again in March! I only moved across in January and now paying £6 a month more, when I was told there would be no change to my monthly costs. This seems unfair given I had a fixed contract with BT and was told I had to switch

@Profile closed   firstly your BT contract would also be going up in March by the same amount.

Not sure why on transfer you are paying more, you will need to speak to customer services to work that one out.

@Profile closed The forum has no account access or even knows who you are, why you paid more with the switch, but EE are doing the £3 on 31st March that is stated and no doubt why you received the update information regarding the increase.
