Missing equipment

Hello,

I would welcome some help with this.

I switched from BT to EE for my broadband & TV package. I ordered Smart Hub Pro & Smart Wifi Pro as an extra for £10/month.

When I initially received my equipment, I received the Smart Hub Plus instead of the Smart Hub Pro & Smart Wifi Pro. I then contacted EE to resolve this. I have now received the Smart Hub Pro - but I have not received the Smart Wifi Pro. So I have 1 out of the 2 boxes. I have no information about receiving any more items from EE.

Is there anyone on the forum that can help me with this?
