After chatting with a so called tech expert he informed me my router isn't faulty but the power supply adapter is. I'm a bit skeptical this all started when I accidentally turned my router off. (Power button is a bit exposed) I was in the process of installing a new wireless printer so I needed the code/password on the card on the back of the router, that's why it got turned off. The EE tech told me that my power supply adapter is one of the faulty ones. What's your opinion regards kwakers

@kwakers : It probably is if you've got the SH+ router. EE are sending replacements for the SH+.

See EE Sending out Replacement Power Supplies for its Smart Hub Plus's.

Hi my router started flashing green and off and occasionally white. This was just after i accidentally turned the router off the button on the back of the router needs to be more recessed so you cant accidentally turn it off. Eventually I got a call from an EE (expert) who reckons EE have issues with the power supply cable and adapter. I'm a bit sceptical but right now I've got to wait through Saturday and Sunday and Monday (bank holiday) for the new one to come through. I've got a smart TV that's no longer smart as I can't connect to the Internet.  Fortunately I've got a bit of 4G on my phone but it's not enough to stream onto my TV  so it's down to twiddling thumbs or playing board games. Oh let's go back the war years it was much more fun to invent things to do.

@kwakers Better start finding something else to do, your statement made is the prime example off the failed PSU unit from way back!
