Moved house but the previous Tennants took the power supply cable for the modem

Does anyone have an idea what to do? I move house and the previous tenants have taken the power supply cable for the openreach fibre box on the wall, how do I get a new one so my router can actually work?

Phone EE to arrange a replacement. They may have to call OR for it & there may be a charge as it is caused by a resident's misconduct.
