Have a smart hub (3rd replacement in a year) but this one since Thursday is unable to work properly. I reset smart hub, And also take out power to router and will only stay up for about 10 minutes and then stops working and hub light stays green. Got an engineer coming Monday as they said no point sending another hub. Anyone got any suggestions to try and get working about before Monday?

Likely to be power supply failure. EE are sending replacements for the SH+.
What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?

I did get a new hub about a month ago. However I think I just replaced the actual hub and kept the old power cable. Is it the actual cable that’s the problem?

@Mr_mojo_risin Yes, the 12V dc adapter power unit from the Mains to the back of the EE Router for power! Seems Routers always survive fine and the PSU adapter is toast and unable to keep the required power level for good hub operation!

As far as we know it's the whole PSU. See EE's msg in EE Sending out Replacement Power Supplies for its Smart Hub Plus's.
You should start by replacing the old 1 you are now using with the PSU that came with new hub.

Thanks I feel a bit stupid not replacing everything now.

@Mr_mojo_risin Your not the first that has done it, and not the first off many that EE have shipped EE Routers about this, has been going on for a good 9 months now! Just one off those easier to do the Router all looks good but hanging by a thread operation wise!
