Can anyone instruct me how to port forward this number 9311 on my router.

It's for a CIS EV charger that I can not connect to.

Thanks

@richwxm   you are likley to need to be close to the charger to pick up the SSID, it probably does not have a strong signal, or maybe the router is broadcasting on the same channel.

Does it have a LAN port?

It has an ethernet port yes mate.

I'm getting frustrated and tired with it all now.

Your help is very much appreciated and it is helping me to keep trying.

Thanks 👍

@richwxm   I can't find the intructions for the charger, just that video so:

1. You could just simply try connecting the charger to the Hub via ethernet.

2. If you have a PC/Laptop with an ethernet port, connect that to the charger log in and see if you are able to complete the setup process.

Once you have the charger connected to the Hub, you should see it on the Hub Manager LAN page, and then log into the charger by connecting via its 192.168.1.xxx IP.

From the video it shows port forward info for the charger, but not the Hub, unless I did not watch it all.
