port forwarding rules not saving

I've recently switched to ee bb from bt and so now have an ee router it will not save the port forwarding rules that I need I've tried restarting it but no luck are there any tricks I could be missing?

Once you "Create a new rule" & enter the values for it did you press the "+" to the R of it to make it active before you Saved it?
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

@tc104 which router and broadband service do you have?
Have you tried just sticking with the BT Router?

1 gig fibre and the ee router I could go back to the bt router if necessary good job, haven't posted it back yet given this should jus work it would be annoying to go back to it.

I've put the device I'm forwarding to into the DMZ which is far from ideal but does the trick. for using the service I want to use.

@tc104 EE do a number of routers, but presumably you mean the Smart Hub Plus?
Are you trying to make the changes via the App or the Web interface?
