Hi all,
New EE customer. As per the title I have moderate NAT on Black Ops 6. I've tried disabling UPNP and setting up port forwarding per the ports confirmed by Activision.
However, nothing seems to work. Has anyone managed to get an open NAT? FWIW I'm using a wired connection.
Thanks

Hi @Cheezus1984
Welcome to our community.
Which model of router are you using?

Hi @Lesley_W
It's the EE Smart Hub Plus.
Worth noting I've also tried opening every single port (1-65534 TCP/UDP) temporarily and this did not change anything, either.
Kind regards.

After changing your UPNP and setting up port forwarding, did you fully restart your PC? @Cheezus1984 ?

Hi @Lesley_W
Yes I did a full restart. Also tried turning the router off for 10 minutes and unplugging it.
Thanks.

Hi @Lesley_W
That page explains NAT and links off to port forwarding. I've tried opening the required ports and indeed all ports temporarily to no avail.
It was fine with my old BT router it's only since being moved over to EE that there is an issue.
Thanks.
