Picture and sound breaking up intermittently

Have spent hours on phone to EE being passed from one team to another without problem being resolved, all they do is reboot hub and say the system is showing all green ticks. Not from my end it's not. Landline not working either, can't make or receive calls. Anyone else had similar problems and if so how did you resolve them. Thanks

@DWS53 Is your landline still connected via a filter on your phone line?
Or have you moved to digital voice yet?
If it is the first option, then chances are your router speeds are slower than normal and causing your problems. You should get the phone fixed first and the other issues should be ok again.

On digital. Only installed last Friday. Picture and sound breaking up since. Phone ok initially

@DWS53 Ok, so can you confirm you are getting the speeds you expect?
How is your picture /sound device connected to the router?
If WiFi do you have an option to try an Ethernet connected device?
Are you going through any WiFi extenders and how far is your device from the router?
What device is it?

Having same issue. Picture pixelates every 20-30 secs on ee tv mini. Tested on terrestrial and broadband fed channels such as TNT Sports 1 HD. This feels like an inherent system issue. Connected by WiFi but getting 300mb when checking on Netflix speed checker on app on ee tv box. Not a deal breaker by any means but frustrating nonetheless. Changed DNS server to cloudflare but no difference. Don’t really want to buy a mesh system but that might be next option so I can change connection to wired. Shouldn’t need to though!
