Canceled my phoned line rental  kept my broadband the customer service move from BT to EE. Now have TWO direct debits for my broadband.  How can I just keep one direct debit don’t what to pay TWICE FOR BROADBAND EACH MONTH CAN ANYONE HELP ME AND CAN CUSTOMER SERVICE Please CONTACT ME AS GETTING THROUGH TO CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY TIME CONSUMING

@Chris582 If this is just a recent move for you, then you will have 2 DD until the service is finally cancelled, normal time is 14 day's but can be upto 1 month, then any credit is applied and final bill etc. Once done you can cancel the DD you no longer need. If you need to speak to CS then you will have to persist on the phone, there is no other option. If its a mistake then you do need CS to correct for you.
