I've been informed that since there was a car accident on the 19th March, I've had no WiFi and won't have any until at least April. What does this mean for my monthly payment as it's neither mine nor ee fault for the loss of connection

Fixed broadband, it's usually just over £41 a month but since I've had only a week access of it this month I'm not sure what will happen
