Out of contract ?

Hi , recieved an email today saying out of contract. There is a link is click that all I see is my most recent bill. Nowhere is there the option to renew, chose a new deal/broadband package. Theres no new messages in there for me either. What or how can I renew without spending endless time on the phone. Something user friendly and in better English. Without knowing what happens if I don't look at the deals or renew or how to. Makes no sense to me. If you reply please make sure its in English that I can understand many thanks 😊

These BB contracts don't need renewing as they don't just end, just the min. term expires. However you may lose your initial discounts. They are not fixed term contracts. After the min. term they just carry on at the non-discounted price on a rolling 30-days' notice basis until you explicitly migrate, cancel or upgrade.

If you want to see the deals available, login to your BB a/c & look for "Upgrade your Plan" or go to EE BB Deals

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.
