3rd party router issue

Hello, I am trying to set up my TP-LINK ARCHER BE550 V2 router as the main router for my EE broadband. I have followed the third party router guide on the EE website and I am 100% certain the router is set up correctly. When trying to connect the the router to the ONT the LAN light remains solid and not flashing. On the router page the connection status is stuck on Connecting. I have managed to get it to say Poor network once but other than that just connecting. Ont that is currently installed is Nokia G‑010G‑R ONT. I have tried turning the ONT off for 10 minutes and then restarting it. Please any assistance would be appreciated.

Have you set anything to do with VLAN ID? If so, it is not needed for Full Fibre. There was an error in a previous Using & Configuring a Third Party Router implying that it was.
