I switched from BT to EE last June, but I still can’t use the ‘manage broadband’ option on the web, as it just says order pending, I called about this before Xmas, and was told it would be fixed shortly, , it hasn’t so I called again today, and was told the problem is because tmy email address is linked to the old BT account, so I was given my new account number and told to use a new a mail address to create an EE account, First why should I have to, second, they manage to send emails to my address, with a message saying my broadband bill is ready to view, but of course I can’t,
also, as soon as I open the EE website, it connects to my existing account, with no option to disconnect,
just about had enough of EE

@Caer_luel The Profile logout option is being very temperamental at present, tried and took many times before it popped up to allow the profile to appear and then logout at the bottom of the screen!
