Hey there @myee4008!

Welcome to the EE Community, and it's fantastic to hear you're thinking of making the switch over for your TV and Broadband.

Packages available will depend on what exactly is available in your area, and if you log into your account via the EE app and select Manage > Broadband, it should give you an overview if what's available.

If you'd prefer to speak with someone though, our team should definitely be able to help review your options, or we may be able to answer some questions here on the Community too.

When you call on 150 it will initially offer you the visual IVR service, but if you press 2 you can bypass this and go to the regular phone menu.
