Openreach wouldn't drill

Hi all,

Recently had an visit from Openreach to install fibre to my flat, due to it being an 1850 church which was converted in 2003 they are requesting an asbestos certificate, despite already having installed fibre in other flats. Apparently when they've installed in other flats/in to the building they neglected to save it. I am struggling to get a response from my managing agent and it seems ridiculous as they've already installed in the building. Any suggestions as I can't contact Openreach directly?

@DJR90 EE is your ISP, you need to get the required cert from your management company and then to the hands of EE for them to supply to OR as required.
