Not received a confirmation email for broadband order

I've not received anything from ee with confirmation of my broadband order. It's already been cancelled once with no explanation!! I've got open reach booked in front Monday but not router or anything has been delivered yet

@Carrie2013 You should be able to see the order status on your EE account, delivery notice would be out about now, with package Fri/Sat delivery for your Monday install. Go check your account.

You should receive your EE kit 1 - 2 days before install by Royal Mail.
