I came over from bt on the understanding that my bills will be cheaper with me, since being with me

My bill are not cheaper at all , when I come to see I found i had extra phone sim's added on my bill that

I did not ask for phoned 150 to see what's going on they found the extra phone number they deleted

That number but got told I have to go to the ee shop to get a refund why was it ee could not sort it out,

Since then I have two bills coming out my bank each month and it's costing me more lot more than BT

I am thinking very hard just to cancel EE all together, all I need is Internet no home phone and 3 sims

And not pay around £150 a month

As the extra mobile contract was cancelled by agreement over the phone, you should get it refunded to your method of payment w/out having to go to a store.

You can make a formal complaint to EE & if you don't get satisfaction after 8 weeks or come to a deadlock you can take it to EE's ADR provider. See Complaints code of practice and here is the Complaints Form .
