Its the 3rd day that there is no internet to my ee broadband on my house. I had given an appointment for an engineer today between 8 am and 1pm. But when I'm looking the app today there is no details of appointment showing now and nobody came for fix the problem nor i got any messages . What should i do ?
I tried to contact the customer care and waited more than 45 minutes still all are busy with the other calls.
Now my only option is to book next appointment which is showing after a week.
Will i get repayment for all these days where I'm struggling without internet?
Any help please?

Yes,but its obvious that nobody is coming within 1 pm.

@SonyE Surprised if the app would show you much, normally text's to the registered phone is the preferred method to keep you informed, and jobs run late, engineers get tide up etc, compensation is applied to account also depending what's going on, engineers adjust appointments etc, if you have to fix it again yourself then it may be that you go to the back of the queue. There is no account or any info regarding who you are etc, we are just customers like you trying to help.

Didn't got any text messages.
I tried again and was lucky enough to talk to a person after a long waiting.
Got another appointment on Tuesday that's the earliest possible one.
He also told us compensation will be given for the canceled appointment.
