Hi I go live for new EE broadband ultrafast 500 this friday and wondering what are the thoughts on the router seems like the latest model ee smart hub plus sh32b and wondering if this would suffice for wireless as heard issues that it is quite poor and there are dropouts often. I am wondering if anyone has any comments on there thoughts of the router. Thanks

@JimM11I agree with your statement. TP Link's mesh network was called OneMesh but it's now been superseded by the new standard and so far from what I have read it works well. Their products are very reasonably priced and I've never had an issue with them.

@JimM11 @jon_1103

So far so good gone live today and speeds are just over the 500mb on speedtest and fast checker and range seems good in house as well last speed check was 530mb down and 73 upload.

was one thing i noticed the box which was sent to me was the sh32b but on router page shows the sh31b unsure if it is worth bringing up with wrong version sent to me. Thanks

The SH31B works on DSL & Full Fibre.

The SH32B only works on Full Fibre. As you're on Full Fibre it's fine.

@Gibbs1500 May just be a oops, look at the back of your router, NO RJ11 connection jack then you have the 32B version! Also label on the bottom of the router should ideally give you the correct version.
