I’ve just placed an order for full fibre. 
My BT contract is now out of contract so there’s no penalty, but do I need to contact BT to cancel their service?

@Richexbt   No you don’t need to do anything. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Aren't BT doing it for you anyway? That's what they are trying to do, move their consumer users to EE BB.
