New USer to EE

My kit from EE arrives for installation on Thursday.  I have an OpenReach box inside the house with fiber connected to the OR box.  Do i need to be in for a technician to turn up or is it self-installation?  It will include the TV Now boxes as well.

@mikedalton50 Is your current fibre on the ONT active with another ISP and you are swapping over to EE. Would not expect any Eng visit would be required, just watch out for e-mails/texts etc to inform you that your EE Connection is live and that you can now connect up the EE hub and start your Broadband with them. If you need help from EE Linked below.

Your account will indicate more if an appointment is scheduled, and if any time slot is allocated, if so then do be about or EE/OR may just cancel and not activate, all depends on what is being done etc.

It should be a self-install if the current Full Fibre is live unless you are switching from <= 1 Gig FF to 1.6 Gig FF when a 2.5 Gig ONT needs to be swapped in.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.
