I'm abroad. EE tell me there is an issue with the line in my property, and whilst I was still in the UK, made an engineer appointment. Unfortunately it will not be possible to make a phone call from where I am now. I need to be able to email or to message with Tech support to cancel and rearrange, but I cannot find anyway on the site or the app to do this.

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
