Monday 29th April 11:02 - the mircowave BroadBand just stopped! Has the signal from antenna been turned off? Help!! My rural broadband provider not answering, so I am stuffed! 25 hours on..... Is this just me in rural Wiltshire?
This happened five months ago, took 6 days to reconnect due to the BT EE merger... has this happened again? HELP!

@ChickenJulia You need to speak with your BB provider if it’s not EE. BT purchased EE a few years ago now ( 2015 ) so not sure why that would cause any issues.

What's microwave BroadBand? Do you mean mobile BB or fixed Home BB?
Who is your rural broadband provider? If it's not EE, why are you asking EE?
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP
